Ridgeline Roofing started in 2009 when Mike decided to stop subcontracting for bigger companies and run his own operation. He and his brother Tony bought a truck, some tools, and started taking jobs in Medina County. One crew. Two guys. Real results.

Fifteen years later, we've grown to 14 employees, 3 crews, and we cover all of Northeast Ohio. But we've kept the same philosophy: show up on time, do solid work, and treat people's homes like they're our own.

We've never taken venture capital. We've never franchised. We're still run by Mike and his family. That means every decision we make is about doing right by our customers, not maximizing a quarterly return.

Started the company from a pickup truck in 2009. Every estimate comes from Mike. He's the one who decides if we take the job based on whether we can do it right.

Tony Ridgeline

Crew Lead, 11 Years

Mike's brother. Leads the biggest crew and has been with Ridgeline since day one. If you see a crew on a roof, Tony probably trained them.

Keeps everything organized so the crews can focus on installations. When you call, you'll probably talk to Jess. She knows every active project and handles scheduling with precision.
